Three Cases Of Mumps Confirmed At Butler University

Butler University has announced three students have been diagnosed with the mumps virus, just a few days after two cases at Indiana University Bloomington were confirmed.

University officials say they sent the students home and are encouraging anyone else with symptoms to visit the campus Health Services center.

Symptoms of the mumps include fever, headache and loss of appetite.

Also last week, a student at IUPUI was diagnosed with tuberculosis.
