Headlines: December 29, 2015

Good Morning! These are some of the headlines we're following from around the state:

1. Big businesses take most of Indiana's economic development cash.

Since 1986, the state has offered $7.7 billion in business incentives. A report by a grass-roots organization that tracks government subsidies has found that the majority of that money went to large corporations.

2. Legal Services Corp. in Indiana to get smaller share of Congressional allocation.

While the government-funded 501 non-profit organization that provides free legal services to low-income Americans has seen its allocation grow, Indiana's share is actually decreasing.

3. Indiana man falls to death while distracted by cell phone.

Joshua Burwell, 33, reportedly fell to his death while trying to take a picture of the sunset near Sunset Cliffs outside of San Diego. Burwell is the second person to die while trying to take a picture on the cliffs.
