Good morning! These are some of the stories we're following from around the state:
1. RFRA may have cost Indiana $60 million in revenues.
Visit Indy said the state's controversial Religious Freedom Restoration Act dissuaded 12 conventions from being held in the capital.
2. School bill would expand voucher programs.
The bill would allow students to transfer schools mid-way through the school year, taking voucher money with them to their new school.
3. House passes mandatory spay-neuter bill.
Of the estimated 125,000 animals that end up in shelters across the state, roughly 40 percent are euthanized. The bill now heads to the Senate.
