Restaurant Tallent is closing its doors after 12 years in Bloomington.
Chef David Tallent told the Indy Star earlier this month he's closing the restaurant after New Year's Eve to spend more time with family. The nine-time James Beard award winner and semifinalist was named the executive chef of Indiana University's Traditions Catering in August.
New owners will take over the space, and they will maintain its sous chef Michael Blagg. They haven't announced their future plans.
