Even though Bernie Sanders won the Democratic presidential primary in Indiana, his campaign went to court looking for more votes.
A judge turned down a request late Tuesday to keep one Indianapolis polling location open late, even though Sanders' campaign claimed it didn't open until 7:15 a.m. Tuesday, more than an hour after it was supposed to open.
The Marion County Clerk's Office says the poll opened before 7 a.m., though it did open late due to one of the poll worker's problems obtaining child care.
