Good morning! Follow our reporters for stories developing throughout the day:
Legislative leaders and the governor will address the media today in separate press conferences. They'll talk about their accomplishments this session. But as our statehouse reporter Brandon Smith has reported, the 2016 legislative session may be remembered as much for what lawmakers didn't pass as much as for what they did. While leadership dubbed this the "roads" session, it did not produce a long term road funding solution. The general assembly also failed to produce a definitive position on LGBT civil rights. The U.S. Department of Agriculture will provide an update today on a "pest bird survey" it conducted. The agency has an agreement with Downtown bloomington Inc. to reduce the property damage caused by birds, primarily crows. You can follow @BabsofBTown for updates.
