Residents in the Indianapolis neighborhood of Ravenswood are meeting tonight to discuss the community's drug problem. The heroin epidemic is gripping the community. Tonight's meeting at the St. Joan of Arc Church is the third community meeting this week. Harrison Wagner will be there to report on the community conversation.
