What You Need To Know To Vote In Indiana

The deadline to register to vote in Indiana was Tuesday and Hoosiers have already begun casting their ballots.

Here's what you need to know about early voting, absentee voting and voting on election day.

When and where can you vote early?

All registered voters can vote absentee in person before election day. In-person early voting is open from October 12 until November 7.

Early voting is done at your county election board office. Find your county election board information here.

Voting absentee by mail requires fulfilling one of 11 requirements, such as having a disability or being otherwise unable to make it to the polls on election day. Mailed absentee ballots must arrive at your county clerk's office by October 31.
