Indianapolis Airport named one of the best in North America

The Indianapolis International Airport has been named the ‘Best Airport in North America' for the 11 th year in a row.

Indianapolis won in the category for airports that serve 5 to 15 million passengers a year as determined by Airports Council International-North America as part of its Airport Service Quality awards.

The award recognizes the best airports, as selected by passengers, for customer experience worldwide.

The Airport Service Quality awards has close to 400 participating airports in 95 countries and is one of the world’s leading airport passenger satisfaction programs.

Kayan Tara is a news reporter for Indiana Public Media.
