Yogi’s, the Bloomington bar and restaurant, is reopening in Bloomington.
The restaurant closed in July 2017 after about 25 years in operation. Indiana University bought the property and the restaurant couldn’t find a new location.
In a Facebook post, The Finney Hospitality Group says it purchased the rights to Yogi’s and plans to reopen it this fall in Bloomington.
“FHG (Finney Hospitality Group) has waited patiently for just the right location to become available in Bloomington to bring Yogi’s back ...and we are happy to announce that ideal location is downtown at the corner of 7th & Walnut St. (the former Scotty’s Brewhouse)!”
FHG is the same company that owns Social Cantina, The Tap, and Smokeworks.
