The storm system that wreaked havoc over Arkansas, Kansas and Oklahoma is making itself felt here in Indiana.
Forecasters at the National Weather Service say a large and slow moving low pressure system is expected to gradually approach Indiana today bringing a chance of severe storms tonight. Large hail, damaging winds and isolated tornadoes are possible.
"The eastern part of the state is within a slight risk area, however after that we'll mainly be dealing with showers," says National Weather Service Meteorologist Mark Dahmer.
Scattered thunderstorms may develop again Tuesday. A few of these storms may be severe as well containing large hail.
