Good Morning! Here are some of the stories we are following today.

1. Some Indiana roadways could need repair sooner than expected.

A missing key ingredient in some asphalt used for nearly 200 Indiana road projects could prompt the state to have to repair certain roads long before their projected maintenance dates.

INDOT is examining a mistake made by contractors that potentially didn't use enough of a petroleum binder, which holds asphalt together.

2. Illinois lottery firing not spooking Indiana lawmakers

Illinois recently fired their lottery operator, Northstar Lottery Group LLC, which is the same private company that oversees the Hoosier State Lottery.

The Indianapolis Business Journal reports that both states have seen a decrease in lottery revenue.

3. Indiana rated as one of the most unfair tax states for middle and lower income residents.

The website, Wallethub has ranked Indiana as one of the most unfair tax systems in the country.
