Dininfectant byproduct levels in Bloomington's water continued to fall at the end of 2016.
In a statement, Utilitities Director Vic Kelson said, "December values are the lowest system wide average values since we began our systematic measurement program in March 2003."
The city has been taking a multi-faceted approach to addressing the DBPs in Bloomington's water which include changes to how the water is chlorinated.
