An Owen County pre-trial conference for Kyle Parker this morning resulted in his jury trial, which was set to begin next week, being pushed back to October 5.
Parker is charged with the murder, rape and kidnapping of 15-month-old Shaylnn Ammerman.
According to police, Parker abducted Ammerman from her crib at her grandmother's house. After a search, the baby's body was found by the White River near Gosport.
