Afghan evacuee shares his story, attracting remote workers | Indiana Newsdesk

Right now on  Indiana Newsdesk:

Camp Atterbury is now in the rearview mirror for the more than seven thousand Afghan evacuees who were housed there beginning last September. Coming up, we share the story of one Afghan man who was housed at the base, and the challenges he'll face starting a life in the U.S.

One side effect of the pandemic is more people have been forced into working remotely. And that has community leaders re-thinking how they attract employers - and employees. But they say proposed legislation in the statehouse is working against them.

And, Bloomington residents can now submit their own plans for traffic calming devices they’d like to see around the city.

Those stories and the latest news headlines from across the state, right now on  Indiana Newsdesk.
